Blended Learning

STAR, KEYS, and ZONE are blended learning versions of our 5G Leadership Skills program. These programs all leverage an engaging rich-media online program for self-paced learning.  

There are 20 competencies in each of these programs. Each competency has an online learning module and a facilitated learning component. The STAR program provides facilitated learning via webinars. The KEYS program provides facilitated learning via small to large group engaged lecture format. The ZONE program provides facilitated learning via moderated online discussion questions. 

The online learning content is fully SCORM compliant.
